1.Tickets which have replied "resolved" but the actual issue has not been resolved yet.

First, you need to ensure that the ticket you submit or the email address you send is to support@mail.gate.io.

Second, you need to describe your problem in refined and accurate language and attach relevant screenshots to ensure that we can clarify the meaning of your request.

Many tickets need to be resolved every day with a limited amount of time. If your problem has not been resolved, but the process has been completed, please try to submit again with sufficient information.

2.Locked Account

To prevent passwords from being hacked, we adopt strict restrictions. If the user persistently enters the incorrect password, their account may be locked. We recommend you retrieve the password to prevent your account from triggering security protection. If your account is locked due to a trial-and-error password, please submit a ticket to explain the reason and submit the account ownership certificate before you can apply for the unlocking of your account.

3.Withdrawal Fee

The transaction fee on the blockchain mainnet often fluctuates, especially the Bitcoin or Ethereum chain. If the fee is too low, the transfer will fail, and if it is too high, the user's transaction cost will increase. Therefore, Gate.io adopts a dynamic fee method. If we encounter blockchain congestion, we will increase part of the fee to ensure that users can process their transactions as soon as possible in the congested network. If possible, we recommend that you use TRX or other blockchains for transfers with low transaction fees or even zero transaction fees.

4.Trc20 Minimum Withdrawal Fee

The current withdrawal threshold is based on the status of the blockchain network and the platform cost. Over time we will attempt to develop a better solution to lowering withdrawal costs.
